Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the ARIA™ API, IntentAI™, SyncSpeak™, or any other service provided by Business Innovation Solutions WLL ("BIS WLL", "we", "us") at businessinnovationsolutions.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Services
We provide the ARIA™ Intent Intelligence Stack — a suite of AI-powered APIs including SCIM™ (Semantic Confidence Intent Mapping), SyncSpeak™, IntentAI™, and related components. Services are provided via API endpoints hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
3. Accounts and Access
Access to paid services requires an active subscription. A 14-day free trial is available for Builder and Professional tiers with no credit card required. After the trial period, services are paused until a subscription is activated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe third-party intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious code or interfere with service infrastructure; (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our underlying AI models or algorithms; (e) resell or sublicense API access without written authorisation.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the ARIA™ suite — including patents, trademarks, software, and documentation — is owned by Business Innovation Solutions WLL, Bahrain. Use of our services does not transfer any IP rights to you. The ARIA™, SCIM™, SyncSpeak™, IntentAI™, and Misalignment Detector™ names and logos are trademarks of BIS WLL.
6. Data Processing
We process the text and voice inputs you submit to the API solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your inputs to train our models. For enterprise customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
7. Availability and SLA
We target 99.5% uptime for all API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with 24 hours notice. Professional and Enterprise tier customers have specific SLA commitments defined in their subscription agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BIS WLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Bahrain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify subscribers by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
Business Innovation Solutions WLL, registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is the data controller for personal data processed through businessinnovationsolutions.com and the ARIA™ API suite.
2. Data We Collect
We collect: (a) account information (name, email, company name, billing address) when you register; (b) API usage data (call volume, endpoint usage, timestamps) for billing and service improvement; (c) content you submit to the API (text prompts, voice transcripts) solely to provide the service — this is never stored beyond the duration of the API call; (d) technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Data
We use your data to: provide and improve the ARIA™ service; process billing and send invoices; respond to support requests; send service-related communications; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your API inputs to train AI models.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR / Bahrain PDPL)
Processing is based on: contract performance (providing the service you subscribed to); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); consent (marketing communications, where applicable); legal obligation (tax records, compliance).
5. Data Retention
API input content: not retained beyond the API call. Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years for legal compliance. Billing records: 7 years as required by Bahraini commercial law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements); object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time. Exercise these rights by emailing legal@businessinnovationsolutions.com.
7. International Transfers
Our API infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network. Data may be processed in multiple countries. We apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers in accordance with applicable law.
8. Third-Party Processors
We use Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Paddle (payment processing). Each operates under appropriate data processing agreements.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all API traffic, API key authentication, and access controls. We will notify affected users of any data breach within 72 hours of discovery.

Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Free Trial
All Builder and Professional subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You are not charged unless you actively choose to continue after day 14. There is nothing to refund during the trial period.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months on monthly subscriptions.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used (fewer than 500 API calls). After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active for the full annual term.
4. Service Failures
If our service fails to meet the committed SLA and is unavailable for more than 24 cumulative hours in a calendar month, affected Professional and Enterprise subscribers are entitled to a pro-rata credit for that month. Credits are applied to the next invoice.
5. Enterprise Contracts
Refund terms for Enterprise annual licenses are defined individually in each contract and may differ from these standard terms.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@businessinnovationsolutions.com with your account email and a brief description of your reason. We respond within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations, or for API usage already consumed beyond the trial allocation.
